Good luck for those who will take over my site. Seriously, it was soooo challenging HAHA.
Too many cracks found in the adjacent building and for sure you need to entertain the Third Party, just like I did. You need to think the best answer if they ask you a question. Make sure you will not get any letter from them to sue you! LOL.
Your consultant is in HONG KONG. You just can email them! And need to get information as much as you can to give to your consultant for a decision. I also don't know how to communicate with them unless by using email. Pity me :(
The most annoying problems are too many requests from client, site team, consultant and third party. Make sure ready to face commercial problem, prepare proposal and coordinate your work with another department. Be kind, people will help you :)
I am enough with this. Let me rest and stay pretty on my wedding. KAH!
